Lux Residential was awarded the long term management contract for Seavey Terraces, a new 65-unit apartment complex under construction in downtown Westbrook, Maine.
The complex features an array of one and two bedroom unit concepts, all with exterior terraces, high-end kitchens and finishes, in-unit laundry as well as several lofted and vaulted ceiling units.
Community amenities include a bright and modern glass lobby, mail and package room, indoor bicycle storage, covered parking and a pet yard. Lux will begin accepting applications in Summer 2024 with occupancy slated for January 2025.
